Requirements

At this time, it is anticipated that the Autism Foundation of Illinois Valley will provide assistance to those applicants that can successfully prove:

​

1. The child is medically diagnosed with autism, and

2. the child's family requires financial assistance to obtain evidence based treatment based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), and

3. the family can maintain therapy with the assistance requested, and

4. the child resides locally or currently/will be attending a local treatment facility.

If your child is in need of financial assistance, please fill out the form to the right and your request will be reviewed.  Financial assistance can go directly to the facility or to the family to help with travel expenses  etc. 

 

The Autism Foundation strives to help as many families as possible and releases funds as they become available.  If the Autism Foundation is unable to grant your initial request for financial assistance you can apply again at a later time.
